THE CONNECTED FACILITYHTMS / CONCEPT
ILLUSTRATIVE CONCEPT, NOT AN INSTALLED PROJECTSelect a labelled device to explore. Equipment and integrations require site assessment.
Teal lines: example network cable routes. Rack to CCTV camera and control-room network outlet. Purple lines identify service markers; they are not wiring. Routes are schematic, not installation drawings; the machinery controls are not shown connected.
ROOM CLOSE-UP / CUTAWAY VIEW
A SPACE FOR THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE SCREENS
A real room. Not just a row of monitors.
A separate, controlled space
Partition walls and a defined entrance separate security work from the production floor.
An operator at the centre
A seated security guard illustrates console layout, working space and clear views of the screens.
Information brought together
Surveillance displays and agreed operational sources are planned around the person using them.
Front walls are cut away to show the interior. Guard staffing and response services are not included by this illustration.
Explore the possibilities, then discuss the requirements of your premises. This is a planning concept, not a fixed package or a promise that every system integrates.
01Loading & storage areas
CCTV & surveillance
Plan visibility across the site.
Discuss camera coverage for loading areas, storage aisles and the perimeter. High ceilings, racks, changing light and moving equipment all affect the design.
Plan a network rack with patch panels, switches and organised cabling as part of your site infrastructure. Discuss fibre links, equipment-room requirements and connections across the facility.
Plan for your site
Dust and temperature, ventilation, power, access control, cable distances and electrical interference. Network separation and redundancy require a defined scope; server hosting is not assumed.
Plan intruder alarm zones around storage areas, offices and operating shifts. Select detectors for the environment and define alert-handling responsibilities.
Plan for your site
Dust, vibration, stock movement, shifts and backup power. Intruder alarms are not fire detection or machinery safety systems.
Discuss automation requirements, existing machinery and control-system interfaces. The illustrated conveyor and panel are a concept, not a completed project or a promise of compatibility.
Plan for your site
Process drawings, controller models, available backups, safety responsibilities, authorised access and a safe commissioning plan.
Explore a dedicated room separated from the production floor, with monitoring displays, an operator console and a controlled entrance. The illustrated security guard demonstrates the workspace; HTMS is not offering guard staffing through this illustration.
Plan for your site
Operator count, sightlines, permitted data sources, noise isolation, power, cooling and integration scope. Guard staffing, emergency response and safety-critical control authority are not assumed.
Based in Johor Bahru, primarily serving Johor with projects across Malaysia. Share your location, layout and whether this is a new installation or an upgrade.
Equipment, compatibility, site visits and installation responsibilities are agreed for your project. No uniform response time or automatic integration is assumed.
